Meet the Team
Eoin Wickham
Eoin is co-founder and and Producer and Director at Panoplia. Eoin is also a talented videographer and editor and shoots most of our digital work.
Previously, he was a Producer/Director at Tailored Films for three years, managing the digital department and working in production roles on projects like Der Irland Krimi, Louise Lives Large, and Bring them down. His extensive production coordination experience includes the feature films An Cailín Ciún/The Quiet Girl, Let The Wrong One In and Dating Amber, and he holds an MA in Directing Digital Film and Television.
Eoin is currently engaged in the Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Producing at TU Dublin supported by Screen Ireland.

The oldest feline member of our team, Charlie is a keen advocate for workplace wellbeing. He ensures proper breaks are taken, and encourages the extensive use of treats as a motivational tool.
Frankie
Outreach Representative
A kitten at heart, Frankie does not let his size define who he is. A keen explorer of the urban wilderness, he believes that work is important, as long as you have a comfy bed to come home to.
Letizia is a co-founder and head of development at Panoplia. Letizia is head of development and lead creative. She is a expert storyteller and the creative lead on all of our digital projects.
Letizia’s creative journey started with her love for theatre, and quickly expanded to all things written and performed! Letizia has trained at high-ranking acting schools such Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London and the Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin, and graduated from TU Dublin with a First Class Honours in Drama. Letizia entered film as part of the Screen Ireland passport to production programme and before Panoplia worked in the art department and as a script supervisor. Some of her film credits include Vikings Valhalla, Scary Tales of New York and the Virgin Media Discovers short film Never Kill a Femboy on the First Date.
Letizia is an accomplished writer for both stage and film, and takes great joy in editing and directing too! She lives by the great Dario Fo’s quote: “Laughter is a powerful tool: when people laugh they’ll open their mouths, and that’s how ideas get in!”.
Letizia believes in the power of laughter for change, and she strives to marry entertainment with powerful social messages.
